Since 1955 the apartments has been run by the owner's family. It has 8 apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms that offers like an ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, where you will be able to enjoy relaxing on the beach, the nature that surrounds this incredible place, his people and gastronomy. Guests can make use of the bar, restaurant and swimming pool of the Hotel Xuroy which is only a few metres away.

The complex is situated in a quiet zone at about 100m from the small beach of Alcaufar. In the area of S'Algar, at about 2 km, you will find shops, bars, restaurants and nautical sports. The busstop is nearby. Mahon is the closest city and also capital of the island and is about 9km away.
